Terms & Conditions (Australia)

• Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• Gift Cards can be used for any full-priced service or retail product offered at MJB Aesthetics.

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (in part or full).

• Any remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card until the expiry date and can be used for future purchases.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards cannot be replaced or reissued. Please treat your Gift Card like cash.

• Gift Cards must be presented at the time of payment (physical or digital copy accepted).

• Promotional discounts or special offers cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card.

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

• Booking availability is subject to salon scheduling. We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy seasons.
