Full Ingredients

Each capsule contains

Curcuma longa- L. (turmeric) extract (rhizome) 500mg

(From 400mg BCM-95™ 25: 1 extract with 380 mg curcuminoids and from 100mg whole organic turmeric extract with 5 mg curcuminoids)

Other Ingredients: Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Sugar free.

Usage Directions/ Recommended Use

Adults and children over 12 years:

For the first week, take 2 capsules per day with food. After the first week, take 1 to 2

capsules daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
