Experience an adjustable and powerful protein skimmer designed for use in a sump. The aCone 1.5 EVO is perfect for saltwater aquariums with a capacity of up to 1,500 liters. It features an advanced conical reaction chamber design, equipped with a low-noise, low-voltage (24v DC) DC Runner 3.0 Air wheel pump that comes with a DC Controller. This pump utilizes a 3D needle wheel impeller, generating incredibly fine bubbles while consuming just 21 watts of energy.

The externally mounted DC pump can be easily detached for cleaning, eliminating the hassle of having to take apart the skimmer from the sump, which is a common drawback of skimmers with internal pumps. You can effortlessly adjust the foam production using the air adjustment dial and the DC Runner Controller to maintain the appropriate skimmer water level, achieve optimal bubble structure, and create ideal foam.

Dimensions: Skimmer height to the top of the foam cup: H 53cm. A total height space of approximately 55cm is required (2cm above the skimmer cup) to facilitate foam cup removal. Skimmer footprint dimensions: approximately 35 x 32cm.
