CERBERUS Competition Knee Sleeves are made from our exclusive new blend of neoprene. They are EXTREMELY stiff to give you maximum compression and the most “pop” you can get from a 7mm neoprene knee sleeve!

Our Competition sleeves are 7mm thick and 30cm long in line with the specifications for all powerlifting federations.* They are constructed with heavy duty reinforced seams all round and a tough outer material. These sleeves are extremely durable and can handle anything you can throw at them. They use our have a straight cut design which helps to force your leg straight as it returns to its original shape helping to give you even MORE mechanical advantage.

Theses sleeves are for experienced lifters only and will NOT make a “good all round sleeve”. They are very tight, very hard to get on and uncomfortable to use however they give you awesome compression and loads of pop! These sleeves will give a knee wraps a run for their money!

SUPPORT from our sleeves limits patella movement, and can increase proprioception (the capacity to feel the position of a joint in space as sensed by the central nervous system). This gives you increased joint stability and higher muscle coordination.

COMPRESSING the knee encourages blood flow through the blood vessels of the knee the results in less pain and swelling during and after performance.

PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT Due to the extreme stiffness of our NEW uniquely blended 7mm neoprene and the straight cut design of our Competition Sleeves, kinetic energy can be stored. This can be subsequently released during the extension of the knee to provide additional Power and Performance when heavy squatting, during cleans & snatches and in movements in which you extend your knee.

Please Note

• These sleeves are VERY TIGHT and have very little stretch
• If you have large calves, we recommend going up 1 size
• *Always check the rules of the federation you plan to compete in first. Please note Cerberus Strength sleeves are not IPF approved.

Sizing

To get your size measure around the middle of your knee when straight.

Please note: Although this sizing guide is suitable for most users, if you have particularly large calves we recommend choosing a size up. These sleeves are VERY stiff and difficult to put on and take off. Extremely tight fitting sleeves should not be worn for prolonged periods of time. These sleeves use different sizing to our other neoprene sleeves so it is very important that you choose the correct size.
