Their Aligote plot, is in Savigny Les Beaune, one of our favourite villages in Burgundy. This has electricity and vibrancy alongside orchard fruit and some lemon zest aromas. This is a wine worth aging as well and can get curry-like aromas with a decade or so of bottle age.
