The kit includes a How To Knit Guide with video tutorials for each technique, the instructions also talk you through three of the basic stitches used in knitting; Garter, Stockinette and Ribbed Stitch. Once you have practiced each of these stitches and how to cast on / off you can go ahead and knit your first project a knitted headband.
TIME:
This headband project takes approx 1-2 hours from start to finish depending on your knitting speed.
