The Tectus TE640 A8 3D hinge is suitable for unrebated doors with up to 8mm cladding on both sides. This hinge suits doors up to 160kgs based on two hinges per door leaf size 2000mm high x 1000mm wide with a minimum door thickness of 40mm. Suitable for timber, steel or aluminium frames with 3 dimensional adjustment (+/-3mm side and height and +/-1.5mm compression). 180 degree opening angle.

There are two versions available for selection - Non-fire rated and fire rated to suit FD30 fire doors (with integrated intumescent kit where three hinges must be fitted) which can be selected via the drop down.

All of the toys are still going 6+ months later, even with the strongest jawed pitty mix. Does get torn up at the ends but can easily be sanded down for a longer lasting toy, unlike some other hard toys with material not meant for sanding. The antler and ring seem to be favorites. The antler even has a divot so you can put soft treats in it or peanut butter and freeze it for a more interactive experience. Some came with a strong beef/liver smell but not overwhelming or off-putting. They are hefty without being too heavy, less likely to damage floors. Overall a good purchase
