When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Nice dark blue color

Bought 2 dark blue for twin beds and they look good with my blue and white quilts covering the beds. There are some wrinkles in the cloth due to packaging which may relax with time. but don't show much due to the dark color. I did find any defects in the stitching or fabric on the items I purchased.
A note for prospective buyers is that the dust ruffle covers the entire bed foundation, so get help to put on under a heavy mattress.
