Nose - Apple, apricot, pear, brown wood sugars and kitchen spices. An apricot danish meets an almond croissant. Complex and evolving.
Palate - A salted caramel backbone and a balance of sweet buttery stone fruits from the Apera cask with that old Tawny treacle.
Finish - A lingering finish of lovely sweet, apple, pear, sultana and treacle overlay.
