The Carli Track Bar is a game-changer, featuring robust 1.5" OD x 3/8" wall DOM construction that allows direct threading (no weld-in bungs) for a massive FK Bearing heim joint. At its heart is Carli's innovative Encapsulated Uniball (CUB Joint), which was designed with a fully welded and strap-gusseted housing, setting it apart from standard track bars.

The dual FK Bearing pivots on the Carli Track Bar ensure smoother suspension cycling without the binding issues found in factory bushings, providing excellent vibration damping to reduce road noise and extend the service life of the system. The Encapsulated FK Uniball was tested down to -110F and remained free of cracks or deformation while maintaining damping performance even under extreme cold. Both the Heim and Uniball joints are replaceable, allowing for cost-effective rebuilds rather than complete replacements. On the opposite end, the Carli Track Bar features a massive 1-1/4" FK Bearing heat-treated Chromoly Heim Joint sealed in a boot and secured with the Carli Jammit Nut. A tapered lock nut that offers 100% more clamping surface area than standard jam nuts, ensuring the Heim joint stays firmly in place.

The Carli Track Bar is designed to work seamlessly with Carli's 2.5" and 4.5" lift systems, ensuring compatibility with OEM steering geometry (no need for track bar or pitman arm drops). To accommodate different lift heights, the track bar includes various axle spacer configurations to adjust the lower pivot point, ensuring the factory steering arc is maintained.
