The large pouch is too deep for treats, and would send kibble flying as soon as he shook it. Anything larger would get stuck! The pouch tore at the seams as soon as my dog tried to pull out a Milkbone. Only small treats would fit in the slits, and he’d lose interest with them. The squeaker was useless due to the large size and hardness of the head. The weight and size of the head and the length of the toy might be a problem for smaller dogs. This toy was returned.
