In the following years, Echeverria became one of the few boutique wineries to emerge from Chile and the first family-owned Chilean winery to sell wine at Harrods in London. Their No Es Pituko line features "nothing added" wines—wild-fermented, free of additives, including sulfites, and bottled unfiltered and unfined.

The wine has an intense cherry color with a slightly cloudy hue. On the nose, it offers vibrant aromas of black cherry and fresh plum. The palate is fresh and persistent, with silky, soft tannins and a lush floral character that blends seamlessly with ripe raspberry notes.
