Spring-loaded pins engage directly into the harness lugs on top of the reel, while the rod tip is secured in either the included quick-release snap clip (black plastic) or an optional aluminum locking ring for added security. The versatile mounting design accommodates horizontal, vertical, or overhead installation to suit any storage layout.
