At just 19.05cm across, this is a small yet striking chessboard with miniature pieces. This set has been fully crafted from solid wood (no fibreboard or MDF has been used in any part of its production). Perfectly inlaid, and each square is a separate cut of wood.
Beautifully carved in the classic Staunton style, each of the pieces is crafted from solid wood and boasts not only an amazing amount of detail despite their diminutive size, but also comes with additional queens. Fitted with magnetic bases, the pieces stick well to the chessboard, which has concealed metal. This is a lovely little set and would make a great gift for any chess enthusiast.
