This isn’t just a power step, it’s a trail-rated, heavy-duty rock slider built from 10-gauge steel with rust-resistant stainless steel and aluminum internals, finished in a sleek textured black powder coat. What sets this 3rd Gen model apart? An extra 2 inches on the rear of the step for safer access to the back seats, plus smart motor tech that eliminates the old gas strut for better reliability, even in cold, harsh conditions. The step drops 12 inches automatically when you open the door and tucks away flush when the door closes. A built-in sleep mode helps minimize battery drain too. Pups love this toy!

This is a great toy. I have two pups under the age of 2, a goldador (half lab/golden) and a full golden. Both are very aggressive when they play and love to chew. This is not a chew toy so if left as a chew, it will be chewed and destroyed. But my two play tug together with this toy and love playing tug with this toy. I give this a 4 star rating because it has been destroyed, basically because I left it down to long and one of them starting to chew it. I am planning to purchase another and another and another. :)
