The Karman XO-202 Horizon is a fully-powered standing wheelchair that gives users the freedom to drive, recline, and stand with the touch of a button. Built for performance, adjustability, and comfort, this state-of-the-art mobility solution is ideal for those who want greater independence and support for daily movement.

Maneuverability / Portability
Designed with a 25" turning radius and 8" front / 14" rear flat-free wheels, the XO-202 offers smooth, responsive mobility in both indoor and outdoor environments. The flip-back armrests and fold-up footrests make side transfers easier, while its compact frame and powerful motors ensure excellent maneuverability in tight spaces.

Power / Performance
Equipped with dual 320W motors and dual 12V/36AH batteries, the XO-202 delivers reliable performance and a range of up to 25 miles per charge. Its full-powered standing mechanism allows users to transition from sitting to standing with ease, and the included remote offers intuitive control over driving and positioning. Built with aircraft-grade aluminum, this chair balances strength with reduced weight.

Comfort / Control
The breathable nylon upholstery and memory foam cushions provide day-long comfort. The XO-202 features a fully adjustable backrest, footrest height/angle, and armrest height for a personalized fit. I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
