The concept for the Queen Mary 2 took shape in May 1998, and after two years of meticulous development, the construction contract was awarded to a French shipyard in November 2000. Notable features of the Queen Mary 2 model kit include a highly detailed hull adorned with numerous structures, four motor gondolas with propellers, a meticulously crafted main deck with intricate detailing, and swimming pools that can be optionally enhanced with decals. The superstructures are rendered with exceptional precision, and the chimney is intricately designed. The kit also includes eight excursion boats, fourteen lifeboats, and two small speedboats.
