The production begins with Tequilana Weber agaves that are carefully cooked in stone and brick ovens, then extracted using both a tahona and a roller mill to balance efficiency with flavor preservation. Utilizing deep well water, the tequila undergoes a versatile fermentation process in both stainless steel and cement tanks, some batches including fibers and others not, to diversify its aromatic profile. This tequila is then distilled twice in copper pots to ensure purity and smoothness.
