This hand knotted Tibetan rug transforms the traditional striped format into a richly layered architectural composition filled with color, texture, and movement. Tibetan weaving techniques are especially effective in striped designs because the hand knotted construction allows every individual band to retain clarity and depth. The field is organized into alternating horizontal stripes carrying distinct motifs and tonal variations. Aqua and gold scrolling acanthus vines move gracefully across certain bands, while others feature geometric diamonds set against mauve backgrounds. Narrow blush and beige stripes provide visual breathing room between the more intricate sections, allowing the composition to feel balanced and harmonious. Blush, aqua, mauve, gold, and beige tones interact softly throughout the wool pile, whose plush Tibetan construction creates remarkable dimensional richness and softness. Hand knotted on a cotton foundation, the rug offers both artisan craftsmanship and architectural visual structure, making it especially suitable for sophisticated transitional interiors.

The boteh, widely recognized today as the paisley motif, is one of the oldest and most symbolic decorative forms in Persian textile history. Characterized by its curved pear or teardrop shape with an extending floral flourish, the boteh appears in countless variations ranging from highly intricate floral renderings to simple geometric tribal interpretations. Over centuries, the boteh has been associated with many symbolic meanings. Some interpret it as a stylized cypress tree representing eternal life and resilience, while others associate it with fertility, flames, leaves, pinecones, or spiritual growth. Because of its versatility and rich symbolism, the boteh motif became deeply embedded within Persian rug design traditions. Today, boteh patterns remain among the most beloved motifs in Oriental rugs, admired for their flowing elegance, decorative rhythm, and timeless connection to Persian artistic heritage.

No casebook connect
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
I ordered a new print version of the textbook to specifically receive the casebook connect code. The book also came wrapped, but when I undid the wrapping and opened the textbook, there was no code. It looks like somebody peeled the code information away as the cover has some yellowing, which I imagine is due to glue residue. I’m incredibly disappointed and now I need to purchase the code in addition to the $220 I spent on this textbook.

Readable
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
Not at all what I would consider “Very Good” condition, as the book was described. Pretty disappointed to be honest, considering I paid over $100 for this. It’s beaten up, torn, and dirty, but it’s readable.

Not as listed!
Format: Hardcover
I paid nearly 300 dollars for this book and it was not as listed. I bought this because it was listed as new, but the book arrived with a broken binding, highlighting and writing throughout the pages, and the course ecode was already used. Unfortunately, I cannot use it for my studies.

Coverage lined up nearly perfectly with my fed courts class
Format: Paperback
Almost every case we covered in class and definitely every concept is covered, and explained helpfully, in this E&E. The problems are helpful, too.

Great Federal Courts supplement
Format: Paperback
This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
