Paglierino luminoso, regala al naso profumi di mela verde, tiglio e nocciola. In bocca risulta ottimamente bilanciato e ravvivato dalla spiccata sapidità.

L’Alsace Pinot Blanc "Pensée" AOP è prodotto con uve raccolte nel vigneto allevato in biologico posto nei dintorni del villaggio di Sigolsheim, caratterizzato da un suolo sassoso. Dopo la pressatura soffice è svolta la fermentazione in acciaio a temperatura controllata, seguita da un affinamento a contatto con le fecce nobili. Un bianco di territorio, nel segno dell’equilibrio e dell’eleganza.

Il bianco ideale per zuppe di verdure oppure per secondi piatti a base di salmone e pollo scottati.
