This DIY cartonnage Kit comes with all cardboard you need to make your own cartonnage tray, as shown in the pictures. The pieces of paper (chipboard and poster board) are precut in the right sizes you need for this project. The finished tray will be 7.5" x 7.5" x 3.5" inches. You can make it special for Christmas or other seasons, or just use your favorite fabric, it is up to you! No worries about cutting paper! Fabric not included.
ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE! The instruction is a very clear PDF tutorial (written) with 191 pictures showing in details step by step to guide you through the whole process (it is not video, it's written instructions), no steps missing, no guessing! Inside the kit you will find the password and easy directions to download the instruction to your computer.
For making this tray you will need this kit, the instruction, two coordinating fabrics (1 fat quarter each), white PVA glue (Glue All - Elmer's), rotary cutter, cutting board, a small paint roller with tray, paint brush and masking tape.
Cartonnage tools (spatula, acrylic spacers and corner tool) will facilitate the process and give a better finishing for your project. Find them in the tools section of the shop.
