Пережите не стирається й не зникає. Достатньо лише заплющити очі — і пам’ять, мов старий кінопроєктор, знову оживляє кадри, від яких не втечеш.

У цьому виданні вміщено щоденникові записи, есеї, оповідання й деякі вірші Максима 'Далі' Кривцова, які зібрав та упорядкував його друг і побратим Валерій Пузік. Свої думки Максим почав фіксувати ще від 2015 року — у період його служби у складі 5-го батальйону ДУК 'Правий сектор' та у складі Бригади швидкого реагування Національної гвардії України. Чимало записів було зроблено й після демобілізації — про фотографію, випічку, подорожі, дитячі табори, де він був виховником, та роботу з ветеранами російсько-української війни. А після початку повномасштабного вторгнення Максим знову приєднався до війська і служив кулеметником. У цей нелегкий період життя він активно фіксував тодішню буденність, фотографував побратимів, писав поезію.

'Далі' вже немає з нами, але він живе в нашій пам’яті через ці плівкові фотографії, вірші та щоденникові записи.
