Welded hydraulic pump and cylinder construction provides increased strength and leak protection while chrome plated ram offers additional rust resistance. Wiper seals protect hydraulic system from contaminants. Front wheels with roller bearings and ball bearing-mounted rear caster wheels provide stability and easy maneuvering. Overload and bypass safety valves prevent use beyond rated capacity and over extension of the ram. Handle can be locked in three positions from horizontal to vertical and has independent release knob.
