Il Rosato del Poliziano, prodotto in Toscana dall'omonima azienda vinicola, ottenuto da uve sangiovese in purezza, provenienti da vigne poste a circa 300 metri sul livello del mare. In seguito alla vendemmia manuale e alla fermentazione, il vino sosta in acciaio
Rosa tenue, luminoso. Al naso si avvertono profumi floreali, note di erbe aromatiche, sentori fruttati di melograno, lampone e fragolina di bosco; al palato è fresco, scorrevole, equilibrato.Il Rosato del Poliziano, prodotto in Toscana dall'omonima azienda vinicola, è ottenuto da uve sangiovese in purezza, provenienti da vigne poste a circa 300 metri sul livello del mare. In seguito alla vendemmia manuale e alla fermentazione, il vino sosta in acciaio inox per sei mesi, a cui segue una sosta di alcuni mesi in bottiglia. Versatile e invitante, si presta a numerosi abbinamenti gastronomici.
Ottimo a tutto pasto, accompagna piatti leggeri di mare e di terra, zuppe e focacce alle verdure.
