Premium R-2R Ladder DAC Architecture:-
R-2R is a classic resistor ladder array technology. This technology is now found only in exquisite top-of-the-line products. It takes a lot of time as each resistor has to be matched and then placed in the array. The latest VMV D3 is equipped with four pieces of American BB's legendary PCM1704U-J R-2R Chip. The device has a fully balanced arrangement with two chips for each channel. This not only improves the life span of the DAC chips but also enables each chip to perform to its full potential.
High-End Digital Filter Chip:-
The VMV D3 is a high-end desktop DAC. It is equipped with top-class high-performance chips for unmatched performance. It has a high-end SM5847 digital filter chip that brings several different filter options to the VMV D3.
Low-Jitter Clock With Dual Independent Crystal Oscillators:-
The latest VMV D3 has 2 independent ACCUSILICONE crystal oscillators for a precise digital clock system. It is combined with ALTERA's high-speed CPLD processing to offer a jitter-free clock arrangement. The VMV D3 also has VCXO and PLL technology with support for external digital audio clock systems.
