Il Rosso Piceno DOP "Poggio Novo" dal gusto è intenso e vinoso, vi lascia sentori di prugna con finale floreale in perfetta armonia con gli aromi della sua zona di produzione. Gradevolmente asciutto e di corpo robusto, col tempo acquisisce morbidezza.

  • Procedimento: Pigia di raspatura, convogliamento in recipienti di macerazione e fermentazione, il vino viene continuamente mescolato alle bucce per estrarne tutto il colore; la pressatura e per separare il vino dalle bucce è soffice. Mediante vari travasi e lavorazioni il vino è pronto per l’imbottigliatura in assenza di aria. Dà il meglio se consumato entro uno o due anni dalla data di produzione.
  • Abbinamenti: La sua giovane e fragrante struttura suggerisce di concederlo a piatti di arrosto, sia tradizionali che della moderna cucina.

There is no phone number for customers to call on Villands website. I wrote twice asking about the order and heard nothing back. The tracking number provided did not work until about three days prior to delivery. I was honestly surprised when it showed up in the mail. I thought the money was gone and no hat was ever giong to arrive. No idea where it was shipped from but assuming over seas somewhere. My recommendation is to purchase via Amazon and NOT FROM Villand directly.
