Everyday hormone support with vitamins, minerals, choline, and antioxidants

Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Bulasterone 90ct is in that test-support category where marketing can get wild, but what really counts is what's on the label and if the doses make sense. From the label we can see, it has a solid vitamin and mineral lineup plus extras: alpha keto glutarate, bilberry extract, black currant, and choline bitartrate. So the stuff we know about makes it feel more like a base for energy, nutrients, antioxidants, and being ready to train, not just a straight muscle-builder.

The vitamins shine in the B group. Thiamine (Vitamin B1) is at 5.8mg as thiamine mononitrate. Thiamine turns into thiamine pyrophosphate and helps break down carbs for energy through enzymes like pyruvate dehydrogenase – that's key for making ATP (your body's energy currency) and keeping your nerves firing right. This dose beats basic daily needs, but it's under the 10-50mg you see in heavier-duty stuff. In real life, it's good support for your nutrition, not a game-changer on its own.

Niacin is 12mg as niacinamide. This type skips the skin flush you get from nicotinic acid and helps make NAD+, a big player in energy production and cell repair. Studies often use 300-1500mg for specific goals, so 12mg isn't huge. But in a mix like this, it helps with basic metabolism without the annoying flush.

Biotin at 100mcg is another basic add. Biotin helps enzymes that handle fatty acids, make glucose from non-carbs (gluconeogenesis), and process amino acids. This dose covers normal needs ad

Key Highlights

  • Solid vitamin and mineral mix – this covers fat-solubles, a decent B-complex, and key traces all in one daily dose. That's big because hormone support only clicks if your basics are covered, and missing nutrients can drag down your energy, recovery, and workouts.
  • 5.8mg Thiamine to help turn carbs into energy – thiamine powers up pyruvate dehydrogenase for better carb breakdown. It's more than daily basics, so it helps with energy even if it's not the high 10-50mg in some standalone products.
  • 12mg Niacinamide, no flush – this builds NAD+ for energy and cell fixes. Going with niacinamide makes it easy to take while supporting your metabolism.
  • 40mcg Vitamin B12 and 6mg Vitamin B6 – these B's are key for energy, red blood cells, and nerves. They make this more of an all-day energy helper than just a test booster.
  • Iodine and selenium combo – iodine makes thyroid hormones, and selenium backs up thyroid enzymes. Smart move here, hitting a big metabolism pathway instead of random adds.
  • 8mg Chelated zinc – zinc matters a ton for guys' health and hormones since low levels mess with your systems. Not a huge dose, but it's right at home in this category.
  • Choline bitartrate in there – choline helps make acetylcholine for focus, muscle signals, and better training. Dose isn't listed, so can't stack it against brain boosters, but it adds a nice nerve boost.
  • Alpha keto glutarate for energy support – AKG is in the Krebs cycle, your cell's main energy loop. No dose shown, but it's a solid pick for gym folks.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys lifting with volume for muscle who want daily help over more stims. The B-base, iodine, zinc, choline, and antioxidants fit for keeping energy and recovery up through weeks of training.
  • Lifters stacking for hormones with workouts, sleep, protein, and chill time. Bulasterone clicks when you know supps don't beat basics, but nutrients and extras build a better setup for gains.
  • Athletes with iffy diets during tough phases. The vitamins and minerals plug holes in B's, iodine, selenium, zinc, and traces that affect energy, thyroid, and readiness.
  • Seasoned supp users who check labels and get disclosed vs. hidden stuff. They'll like the nutrient core but note limits from no doses on alpha keto glutarate, choline, bilberry, and black currant.
  • Guys over 30 feeling recovery and drive slip a bit. This is for steady support, not overnight test jumps.
  • Stim-sensitive folks wanting daily use without caffeine or stuff that jacks anxiety or sleep. Stim-free means easy morning or night fit over heavy pre's.

How to Use

Go by the bottle's serving info, since we don't have full details. Take it every day, not just gym days, for steady nutrients and extras, not quick hits. With a meal is the way to go, especially with fat-solubles A, E, K, and for stomach ease. If stacking with pre-workout, do that 20-30 minutes before lifting and slot this elsewhere if it fits. Works well with creatine monohydrate, whey isolate, fish oil, and better magnesium if that's your target. No caffeine here, so your coffee or pre won't double up. Benefits come from filling nutrient gaps, so steady use beats cycling. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

This isn't quick-hit stuff, so don't expect a buzz in 10-20 minutes – no stims, no tingles, no instant gym vibe. Day 1, it's just easy to add to your routine. First week, changes are low-key, like steadier energy if your diet skimped on vitamins or minerals. By weeks 2-4, it shines if you were low on B's, iodine, zinc, or selenium – those gaps can sneakily hit your training and vibe. Antioxidants build up over sessions too. Overall, it's about stacking support, not a fast kick.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Bulasterone 90ct?

Bulasterone is positioned in the hormone-support category, but the verified label available here shows a broad vitamin and mineral base plus alpha keto glutarate, choline bitartrate, bilberry extract, and black currant. In practice, that makes it more of a daily support formula than an immediate-feel performance product.

Does Bulasterone contain caffeine or stimulants?

No disclosed stimulant system appears on the verified label data, and the formula metadata classifies it as stim-free. That means it is better suited to daily use and easier to stack with a separate pre-workout if you want acute gym energy.

Will I feel Bulasterone right away?

Probably not in the way you would feel a pre-workout. This formula is built around micronutrients and support ingredients, so any benefit is more likely to show up over days to weeks as steadier energy metabolism, better nutritional coverage, and more consistent recovery support.

How much magnesium is in Bulasterone, and is it a good form?

The verified label lists 40mg magnesium as magnesium oxide. Magnesium itself is important for ATP production and muscle function, but oxide is a poorly absorbed form, so this should be viewed as a minor inclusion rather than a meaningful standalone magnesium strategy.

Why are iodine and selenium in this formula?

Iodine is required for the production of thyroid hormones, and selenium supports thyroid-related enzyme systems. That pairing matters because thyroid physiology influences metabolic rate and overall energy regulation, which fits a daily support formula better than isolated flashy ingredients.

Are the extra ingredients like choline, bilberry, and black currant fully disclosed?

No. The verified panel confirms their presence but does not disclose exact amounts for alpha keto glutarate, bilberry extract, black currant, or choline bitartrate. That limits precise clinical assessment and is one of the formula’s main transparency weaknesses.

Should I take Bulasterone every day or only on training days?

Daily use makes more sense. The formula is not built around acute stimulant or pump effects, so consistency matters more than timing it only around workouts.

Can I stack Bulasterone with creatine?

Yes. Creatine supports phosphocreatine replenishment and high-intensity performance, while Bulasterone covers micronutrient and support-compound territory, so the two occupy different roles and stack cleanly.

Is this a good choice if I want a fully transparent testosterone booster?

Only partially. The vitamin and mineral amounts are disclosed, which is useful, but the non-vitamin support ingredients listed on the verified panel are not quantified, so users who demand complete active-dose transparency may want a more fully disclosed option.

What is the best time of day to take Bulasterone?

A consistent daily time with food is the best default. That approach supports tolerance, fits the fat-soluble vitamin content, and matches the formula’s daily-support role better than trying to time it for an acute training effect.

My puppies favorite bone to chew
I’ve bought at least a half a dozen of puppy bones for my doggie to try, the majority being from Nylabone, and the others from hartz. Her first bone was a pink puppy Nylabone xsmall sise. She definitely must have liked that one but unfortunately I felt like I had to take it away from her too soon, she was teething more then, but even so, thought it was unsafe when I saw little pieces come off and her trying to chew them. I really like these the best, though I don’t think I’ll be ordering any more at least not until she finishes her new ones. I don’t know what flavor she likes more, it might even be a color thing, but I think she prefers the orange ones which are peanut butter flavored. These are really ideal for toy breeds. My pup is still growing, she’s almost 7 months now, but unsure when she will stop growing, for reference she is a chocolate sable yorkiepoo, not sure of how much she weighs right now, but would estimate she weighs around 5.5-6 pounds. These are perfect for her, and I feel like they out live the other ones I’ve gotten, or she just has more interest in them. I bought a second package on subscribe and save (or possibly on my first and forgot I had a new order and didn’t return), but didn’t open the new package until recently as I felt the first pack were starting to look a bit knawed off, but in the middle there was still plenty of chew left. Oddly, she has prefered the old orange one vs the brand new orange one despite them being the exact same toy and flavor. I think she just hasn’t broken it in yet and I overloaded her with too many toys! I also got them for a great price, for some reason I noticed that the price increased nearly double of what I paid, and now they habe decreased a bit but still are about $2 more than what I paid. She loves all toys, and has many plush kinds. She still teeths, so when she is extra hyper and such, I feel like the bone helps occupy her for a moment. All in all I’d reccomend these out of any puppy bones to chew for toy breeds!

Nylabbones did it again. The pugs love these. They're so cute and tiny. Perfect for their lithe selves. They're still safe and soft and very chewable.

Not safe, easily chewed bits off
Mixed feelings. My puppies love them and love to chew on them but also chewed the edges off pretty quickly. I had to take away the first one after only a couple days of intermittent chew so it’s really not durable or long lasting. I don’t feel this is safe for a 12 week old puppy which is super small and can be a choking hazard.
