Irina Shostakovich, de weduwe van de componist zegt: “I am grateful to the organizers of the International Shostakovich Festival Gohrisch for premiering previously unperformed works by Dmitri Dmitriyevich Shostakovich. These works were found by musicologist Olga Digonskaya and published by DSCH Publishers, Moscow. To mark the 50th anniversary of the composer's death, this Deutsche Grammophon album with some of Shostakovich's unknown works has been released. great for what im doing. maybe not as good in a vehicle though

decent product. not as thick as typical sound deadening but definitely cheaper. and for my application, i didnt need a name brand thicker material. i am putting it on our heat and ac vent and intake pipes during our remodel. sound travels from room to room in our old house through these vents and pipes so a little sound deadening goes a long way

Buy the individual cross cut sheets, not these rolls.
Size: 36 sqft
I ordered two different types, individually cross cut foil rectangular pieces and these rolls both containing 36. sq. ft. The cross cut sheet blows this away. This stuff is much thinner, much less butyl rubber, much flimsier foil, and needs twice as much to have the same effect. Once you put it on, you cant remove it. The other brand's 2mm is much thicker than this.
