De TTE777 is de ultieme high-performance turboupgrade van TheTurboEngineers, speciaal ontwikkeld om de nieuwste generatie RS3 8V.2 / TTRS 8S DAZA & DNWA turbo te transformeren tot een toonaangevende hybride voor de oudere CEPA, CEPB en CZGB-motoren. Dit is de krachtigste conversie beschikbaar voor deze platforms, met een bewezen vermogen tot 800 pk, uitzonderlijke spool en compromisloze duurzaamheid.

De TTE777 begint met een originele BorgWarner-turbo die volledig wordt herzien. De standaardcompressor wordt vervangen door een groter billet gefreesd 7+7 wiel met geavanceerde geometrie, ontworpen voor maximale efficiëntie en luchtstroom, wat zorgt voor aanzienlijk meer vermogen dan het TTE700-wiel. Aan de turbinezijde wordt een 9-bladige low-mass high-flow turbine geïnstalleerd voor lagere tegendruk en koelere uitlaatgastemperaturen.

TTE heeft het uitlaatspruitstuk CNC-bewerkt om perfect aan te sluiten op de OEM-afdichting bij de cilinderkop, en elke poort is zorgvuldig geprofileerd voor optimale gasstroom naar de grotere turbine. Deze verfijningen zorgen ervoor dat de TTE777 een uitzonderlijke boostrespons behoudt, ondanks het extreme vermogen.

Elke turbo wordt uitgerust met het TTE motorsport-lagersysteem, ontworpen voor langdurige prestaties onder zware belasting. De nieuwste generatie units worden geleverd met Audi OEM thermische warmte-isolatie op het spruitstuk en de turbinebehuizing. Elke turbo wordt gebalanceerd met VSR high-speed balancing tot 250.000 tpm en geleverd met een officieel balansrapport.

Let op: De TTE777 is niet Plug & Play — installatie vereist fabricagevaardigheid en aangepaste componenten.
