Ingredienten
Valeriaan, hop, passiebloem, citroenmelisse, slaapmutsje, magnesium bisglycinaat, vitamine B6, plantaardige pullulan capsule, vulstof (rijstmeel).
Gebruik
1 capsule per dag na de maaltijd of voor het slapen gaan, met water innemen of zoals geadviseerd. Overmatig gebruik kan de rijvaardigheid beïnvloeden. Niet gebruiken tijdens zwangerschap, het geven van borstvoeding en het gebruik van anti-depressiva. Niet geschikt voor kinderen onder de 16 jaar.

Very dangerous metal shavings!!!
Negative stars if I could.
This is a very dangerous product. It worked well for a while. But then it quit effectively removing the lid instead I got little tiny shavings of metal around the edge. These shavings of metal go into the food and very dangerous.
So this was a waste of money and incredibly dangerous. I am throwing it in the trash today.
