Zoals alle Forged Olive messen is dit mes met de hand gesmeed uit Japans 440C staal met een hardheid van 58 Rockwell. Dat zorgt voor langdurige scherpte en een uitstekende snijprestatie. Met een lemmetdikte van 2 mm en een snijhoek van 18 graden snijd je moeiteloos en precies.

Het mes heeft een handgreep van olijfhout, wat zorgt voor een warme, natuurlijke uitstraling. Alle Forged messen zijn met de hand gesmeed, wat elk exemplaar uniek maakt. Verpakt in een luxe houten kistje en voorzien van 10 jaar garantie. Een betrouwbaar en stijlvol mes voor elke keuken.
