Het ZWILLING SharpBlock slijpt uw messen automatisch met behulp van de keramische slijpers die in elke groef voor fijne messen (schilmes, vleesmes en koksmes) zitten. De slijpstenen zijn zo geplaatst dat elk mes in de juiste   geslepen wordt wanneer u het uit het messenblok haalt of er weer in steekt. U hoeft zich dus niet meer af te vragen wanneer het tijd is om uw messen weer te slijpen of hoe dat precies moet. De pictogrammen maken duidelijk in welke groef uw mes thuishoort.
