Deze cuvée wordt gemaakt van 90% syrah en 10% grenache en de opbrengst is 20hl/ha
De druiven worden met de hand geplukt, vervolgens ontsteeld, gekneusd en vergist op 28°C in betonnen vaten. De wijn wordt dagelijks overgepompt om voldoende extractie te krijgen. Na de gisting blijft de wijn nog een maand bij z'n droesem om meer structuur te krijgen.
De rijping vindt de eerste 6 maanden plaats op betonnen cuves en vervolgens een jaar op houten vaten van 228 liter en 400 liter.

Excellent Quality

This paper is the only paper I have ever tried with my sublimation printer. I get the most vibrant colors with every transfer. I have not experienced any fading even after washing multiple times. I have purchased this paper in letter size, 11x17, as well as 13x19 for use on welcome doormats. I have not been disappointed with any. The paper feeds through my printer without issue whether I load a single sheet, or multiples. So far, I've used it to sublimate on dishtowels, garden flags, welcome mats, t shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs. I am always happy with the finished product. I highly recommend this sublimation paper, and it can usually be found at a great price. I advise you to stock up when you see a sale
