Danny Vera brengt op 6 oktober The New Black & White Pt. III uit. De derde in de serie die Danny Vera - naast zijn reguliere albums - uitbrengt op cd en 10” vinyl. Op The New Black & White staan altijd een aantal eigen tracks die worden aangevuld met bepalende covers. De muziek wordt opgenomen in de SSE Noord studio van Frans Hagenaars. Althans, bijna alle nummers worden daar opgenomen, want op Pt. III staat een cover van And I Love Her van The Beatles die door Danny Vera thuis is opgenomen met zijn iPhone. Verder heeft hij One More Try van Timmy T en Baby Don’t Go van Close II You gecoverd. Naast de covers staat op The New Black & White Pt. III het nummer Running & Hiding - het allereerste wat Danny Vera ooit schreef. Er is het protestlied Snow in April met een zeer actuele tekst en een indrukwekkende big band uitvoering. En dan is er nog het ontroerende Toothpick Louie. Dit schreef hij ter nagedachtenis aan zijn vader die vorig jaar op 7 oktober overleed. Al met al een zeer diverse plaat met veel verschillende thema’s, muziek en instrumentatie, maar ontegenzeggelijk Danny Vera. Na een drukke zomer met veel festivals is het voor hem weer tijd om de theaters in te gaan. Eerst met band en vervolgens solo. Maar daarvoor staat Danny Vera op 7 oktober in een uitverkocht Paradiso.

Comfortable and Easy to Wear Daily

These have turned out to be great everyday shoes for my 5 year old. She normally wears a size 10, but since that size wasn’t available, I ordered the 11 expecting her to grow into them. I was pleasantly surprised that they already fit her pretty well. There’s still a little extra room in the toe area, but the shoes fit securely around her ankles so they don’t feel loose or slip off while walking or playing.
