Een complex en vol bier, met lagen donker gebrande mout, chocolade, koffie en gedroogd fruit waar onze keldermeesters blij van werden. Het bier, afkomstig uit de allerbeste vaten, werd geblend en verrijkt met vanillebonen en cacaonibs, 100% fair trade en afkomstig van gecontroleerde biologische teelt: zoals altijd geleverd door onze lokale chocoladefabriek Zotter.

Een magnifiek bier met een diepe, ronde chocoladesmaak, terwijl de vanille de scherpe kantjes verzacht en zoetheid en warmte toevoegt aan de natuurlijke intensiteit van de imperial stout. De bourbon bindt alles samen met tonen van eikenhout, karamel en zachte whisky.

Eira is een bier om langzaam van te nippen, gemaakt voor lange avonden, waar chocolade, vanille en bourbon in perfecte balans samenkomen.
