This stainless‑steel mixing blade is the “heart” of your Thermomix®. It is designed for the Thermomix® TM6 and TM7 and is distinguished from the predecessor model by the green ring. The blade operates in both directions: clockwise rotation uses the sharp edges of the four‑level blades for chopping and puréeing; counterclockwise rotation at low speeds provides especially gentle stirring for ingredients that should not be chopped.

The blade is suitable for higher temperatures up to 160°C during sautéing, browning and caramelising. It is only compatible with the TM6 and TM7 and is therefore not compatible with the Thermomix® TM5 (the TM5 blade is also not compatible with the TM6).
