Met de opkomst van bijzondere, vaak onbekendere wijnen, worden de Jura wijnen ook steeds conventioneler. Maar wees gewaarschuwd. Het zijn bijzondere wijnen met een eigen karakter. Onze vinologen noemen de Jura niet voor niets de Sherry van Frankrijk. De wijnen uit de Jura staan namelijk bekend om hun oxidatieve karakter en worden vaak ook geproduceerd op dezelfde manier die je tegenkomt in Jerez. Door het houten vat slechts maar voor een deel af te vullen, ontstaat er en soort laagje op de wijn die voornamelijk uit gistcellen bestaat: de Flor. En benaming die wij terugzien in de Sherry wijnen. Domaine Baud is momenteel een van de meest bekende wijnhuizen uit de Jura. Hun wijnen weten onze vinologen om te blazen ondanks hun eigenwijze karakter. Dit is vooral te danken aan de imposante en rijk geschiedenis van het wijnhuis. Halverwege de 18e eeuw werd het wijnhuis namelijk al opgericht. De typische manier van wijn maken, met de iconische flor laag, heeft een duidelijke invloed op de wijn. Ht haalt het fruitige karakter uit Baud Deux Grains de Paradis Cotes du Jura en zorgt voor een haast hartig karakter. Bereidt je smaakpapillen dan ook voor voor geroosterde noten en amandelen. Poli Glow used on bottom portion of the picture
Just put it on 21 foot RV, was impressed with the shine. Key is to make sure the applicator is moist. I periodically dampen with water. Realizing it wasn't going to revive the stickers. Question is
How long it will last?
What will it look like after it rains?
Pictures attached, bottom portion was done with poli glow on June 7,2026 and I have just under a half of bottle left. Maybe I will update once it rains or how long the shine last.

This will work but prep is key!
I have an older RV that the gelcoat has dulled and is oxidized, but otherwise in good shape. I have buffed and polished in the past only for it to last a short time. I was looking up different products to try and this one has such good reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I bought the kit with the Poliglow and the Poliprep, with the scrubber and the microfiber glove. I started with the poliprep and it did a great job of gettting the streaks and black marks off. You spend a lot of time scrubbing to your likeness because anything that is still on the gelcoat when you apply the poliglow, it will be locked in there. The Poliglow is like a clearcoat that goes over the gelcoat. You have to build up layers and here are some of the tips and tricks I figured out that really helped my finished RV look great. First, make sure the applicator stays damp, this keeps the poliglow more uniform across the glove. Also, stick it in a zip lock bag when not using, you do not want it to dry out while you are using it. I found out that applying this in direct sunlight in warm temps, is the best method. This allows the poliglow to dry really fast. The first 3 or 4 layers will look streaky and dull but this is ok and as you build up the layers, the shine will come back. I found if you do this when its cooler, the layers do not dry as quick and you will get some permanent streaking or running. I had to remove a section I did in the evening because I noticed this. When in direct sunlight, this gave me the best results with no streaking or running. It dries fast and you can keep working. Like it says, do not do big sections at a time, keep it to small what you can reach sections and build those up and move on. As far as how much to buy? I have a 40 ft toy hauler and I got to kits and I had just enough to finish the whole thing minus the nose cap. I have Durabak on the nose cap, so I dont need to worry about that. I ended up buying one more bottle of the poliglow to have for my maintenance coats. Overall, I am pleased with how my 10 year old RV looks and other than some of the decals show age, it looks new again. If I were to buy a new RV, I would put this on right away and preserve the whole RV including the decals. Its not too expensive and its a lot of work, especially the prep, but it does end up with great results.

Excellent shine
Excellent line of products. Looking at the picture, you can see what the camper looked like before the Poli Glow. To the left of the window is the after Poli Glow.
It takes some elbow grease (follow instructions well) but well worth it.
