Het biedt mooie smaken met hints van rood fruit, subtiele toetsen van toast en aromatische kruiden, en zachte tannines. Handmatig geoogst en met wilde gisten gefermenteerd in granieten lagars.

Na zes maanden rijping op droesem in kastanje-eiken vaten en cement, krijgt deze wijn zijn karakter. Tiago's (de wijnmaker) wijngaarden, gelegen op een hoogvlakte tussen 550-700 meter, zorgen voor behoud van frisheid dankzij koele nachttemperaturen. De verscheidenheid aan bodemtypen en de oude wijnstokken voegen complexiteit en finesse toe aan deze wijn.
