Alla vista, color giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati. All'olfatto, delicati sentori di miele e di frutta a polpa gialla, albicocca e pesca gialla. Sorso energico, vivace, dritto. Si distende con magnifica pulizia, con una irresistibile facilità di beva. Armonico ed equilibrato, chiude con un bel finale fruttato.Un ottimo bianco, coltivato su suoli calcarei in una zona come lArdèche, molto luminosa e ventilata, su vigne che hanno circa 25 anni di età. Lelaborazione è simile a quella di un grande bianco di Borgogna. La fermentazione avviene in maniera tradizionale, in acciaio, mentre l'affinamento avviene sempre in vasche di acciaio per 8 o 10 mesi. Il risultato è un profumatissimo bianco, beverino, fresco, pulito.
Ardèche Chardonnay di Louis Latour si abbina a meraviglia con piatti semplici a base di pesce e verdure. Ottimo anche come aperitivo.

This is a required text for Internet Law classes. It is edited very poorly. There are typos on every other page, and I found two cases that were no longer good law (even though this is the new edition).

Bad book for SOA exam, but oh well.
Format: Paperback
While required by Society of Actuaries as the textbook for Short Term Actuarial Models exam, I could not recommend this textbook for any other purposes. Written by two Canadian actuaries, a lot of terms and explanations used in this textbook cannot be transferred into US P&C insurance.
It fails to explains insurance's purpose and products effectively and as an intro book with unnecessary sentences to deliver personal thoughts.
It is also a mess in following sections on ratemaking and reserving. I cannot sense a flow from this book that guides readers in an approachable manner.
Overall, author compromises the size AND the quality.
