Beschrijving: Potpourri, bosbodem, gebroken rotsen, Ceylon-thee en zoethout met een kern van zwarte bessensiroop, met chocolade omhulde kersen, moerbeien en geconserveerde pruimen.

Lekker bij: Tournedos, varkenshaas.

Leuk weetje: Dankzij strenge selectie was er dit jaar voor de Dominus 2017 ongeveer 50% van een normale oogst. De druiven werden geoogst van 21 september tot 3 oktober en de wijn werd gebotteld in juni 2019.
