Na het aanleggen van eenvolledige nieuwe kelder in Verlieu worden in 2006 wijngaarden aangekocht in Saint-Péray en Cornas. Dit brengt het totale wijngaardareaal ondertussen op 52 ha. Een liquoreuze wijn met een complexe stijl en tonen van geconfijt fruit honing en milde specerijen. Zacht evenwichtig fluweelachtig zoet en een aangename lengte. 100% Viognier. De wijnstokken hebben een zuidelijke expositie en kijken uit over Chavanay. Ayguets is een merknaam en geen perceel! De bodem bestaat uit moskoviet (mineralen) rijke graniet. De oogst geschiedt volledig manueel. De druiven zijn allen aangetast door edele rotting en worden in diverse etappes geplukt van medio oktober tot medio november. Een goede match bij desserts die niet al te zoet zijn zoals fruitdesserts e.d. en blauwschimmelkazen.
