De Hidea HDF9.9 Langstaart Elektrisch is een krachtige en compacte 9.9 pk 4-takt buitenboordmotor met twee cilinders. Deze uitvoering is ideaal voor boten met een hogere spiegel, zoals aluminium visboten, grotere rubberboten en sloepen. De 212 cc motor levert soepele en stille prestaties met een gunstig brandstofverbruik en minder trillingen, waardoor varen comfortabel en betrouwbaar blijft.

De motor is leverbaar met handstart of elektrische start en wordt bediend via een helmstok of afstandsbediening. Dankzij de CDI-ontsteking start hij vlot, terwijl de vooruit-neutraal-achteruit schakeling en verstelbare stuurfrictie zorgen voor optimale controle. De uitlaat via de schroef houdt het geluidsniveau laag. Met een robuuste aluminium constructie, RVS waterpomphuis en interne zinkbescherming is de HDF9.9 gebouwd voor langdurig gebruik. De meegeleverde 12 liter brandstoftank is voorzien van brandstofmeter zodat je zorgeloos kunt varen.
