De zeven tonen die je hoort, horen bij de hoofdkleuren van de regenboog en verbinden zich met de zeven hoofdchakra’s, de energiecentra langs je wervelkolom. Elk chakra heeft zijn eigen resonantie. De heldere klanken van kristallen klankschalen creëren een trillingsveld dat zacht meebeweegt met de energiecentra en de bijbehorende organen.
Klank is door de tijd heen in veel culturen gebruikt om de chakra’s te stimuleren en in harmonie te brengen. Elk chakra bestaat uit energietrillingen die reageren op specifieke frequenties en tonen. Dit maakt klank een waardevol middel om aandacht en intentie te richten tijdens jouw rituele momenten. Onze westerse toonladder, met zijn oorsprong in deze universele harmonieën, sluit hier mooi bij aan.
De standaard toonladder bestaat uit twaalf tonen, met een dertiende noot als het hogere octaaf. Elke toon heeft een unieke frequentie, gemeten in Hertz. Zo resoneert bijvoorbeeld de A-toon op 440 Hertz, de internationale standaard. De tonen van deze klankschalen vallen binnen dit systeem, al kan hun klank iets verschillen door grootte en dikte van de schaal.

Kristallen klankschalen zijn gemaakt van bijna zuiver kwartskristal. Dit natuurlijke materiaal wordt verhit tot ongeveer 2200 graden Celsius en daarna in een vorm gegoten. Omdat ook het menselijk lichaam een kristallijne structuur heeft, is het geluid van deze schalen bijzonder afgestemd op jouw energie. Zo nodigen ze je uit om bewust te ontspannen en contact te maken met jezelf.
