De wijngaarden hebben weinig last van koude weersinvloeden uit het westen en oosten, maar een warme noordelijke stroming dringt makkelijk het land binnen. Overvloedige zonneschijn, koele nachten en een lang groeiseizoen zorgen voor een kenmerkende aromatische structuur die de wijnen geliefd maakt. 

Deze Sauvignon Blanc van Tomtit is heerlijk fris en rijk van smaak met veel fruit als meloen, passievrucht en Granny Smith appel. De smaak is aromatisch en fris met tonen van munt, limoen en kruiden.
