Gebruik
15 - 20 minuten voor het blootstellen van de huid aan direct daglicht royaal aanbrengen (ca. 35 ml volwassenen per keer). Regelmatig om de 2 uur insmeren vooral na zwemmen afdrogen transpiratie. Bij minder gebruik daalt de bescherming sterk. 
Vermijd de zon tussen 1200 en 1500 uur. Overmatig blootstelling aan zonlicht is gevaarlijk voor de gezondheid. Houd baby's en jonge kinderen uit direct zonlicht. Bescherm baby's en jonge kinderen met een hoge beschermingsfactor.

Will be updating review after I have used it for more than a week. But so far here are the pros and cons: Pros: Smells good Seems like a little goes a long way Easy to apply Cons: Not sure if this is because I didn't use Sulfate free shampoo, but felt like with one wash I didn't get all the product out of my hair, so when It dried, it still looked greasy/oily Will be washing my hair again with sulfate free shampoo, then will do another application in another day or so. it says to use 2-3 times a week, so I'll use it 3 times a week for 2 weeks and then come back and update my review. But so far, it seams like a good product and for the money, it's a fair value.
