Het vertrouwde spel maar met spannende nieuwe wendingen - zoals dubbelzijdige kaarten, een speciale Flip-kaart en zwaardere straffen - die het klassieke kaartspel nog leuker maken. De kaarten hebben een ‘lichte kant’ waarmee je het klassieke Uno kunt spelen, en een ‘donkere kant’ waarbij de straffen superstreng zijn. Speel de Flip-kaart en alle kaarten in je hand, de pakstapel en de andere kaarten worden omgekeerd en je ziet een compleet nieuwe serie getallen en kleuren op de andere kant! Degene die de Flip-kaart heeft, beslist of er met de lichte of met de donkere kant van de kaarten wordt gespeeld - en wanneer de kaarten weer worden omgekeerd. De donkere kant van de kaarten bevat nieuwe actiekaarten die de boel flink opschudden, zoals 'Trek vijf kaarten' en 'Sla iedereen over'.
