The Album Contains The Funk Driven Track Third Road, Which Was Featured On The Critically Acclaimed 2020 BJE Compilation Album Journeys In Modern Jazz; Britain 1965-1972. Beckett’s Choice Of Musicians On The Album Included John Surman, Alan Skidmore, John Taylor, Amongst Others, With Graham Collier As Co-Writter And Co-Arranger, Along With Beckett And Surman.
A Barbadian By Birth, Beckett Learnt The Trumpet With The Salvation Army In The Early 1950s Before Embarking To London As A Nineteen Year Old In 1954. He Played With Charles Mingus On The 1962 Film Score All Night Long, And He Was The Go-To Musician For So Many Key Artists Including Graham Collier, John Surman, Mike Westbrook, Chris McGregor, Mike Gibbs, Ian Carr’s Nucleus, Stan Tracey, Jah Wobble, Ronnie Scott, And Many Others. Beckett Played A Big Part Of The Early Jazz Warriors Big Band Line Up In The 1980s With Courtney Pine, Gary Crosby, Steve Williamson, Orphy Robinson, Plus Others, Who Achieved International Success As A Group And Individually. Up Until Beckett’s Death In 2010, He Continued To Teach Trumpet And Lecture Extensively To The New Generation Of Jazz Warriors Who Have Gone On To Be Part Of Today’s UK Jazz Scene. His Reputation Is Extended Globally, Especially Across Europe And The US.

Bang for your buck!

Bought these for my Dell computer because the built-in speakers were hard to hear. These made a big difference right away. Sound is much louder and clear for music, videos, and everyday use. They don’t have a lot of bass, but for the price I really can’t complain. Good speakers if you’re looking for a simple and affordable upgrade.

Best used with Laptop

These speakers are of better quality than they seem and will probably surprise most if used properly. When hooked up to a computer or laptop (via usb and aux), they work AMAZING. But when I tried to hook them up to my ps5, the quality went way down— the sound ceiling and especially base is almost non existent when plugged into a gaming system. I still use them for my ps5 but only because I live in an apartment—when I move, I’m upgrading. However, the quality for the price is so good that I bought another pair for my classroom. It’s more than enough sound to get the job done. Classic, Solid Amazon brand quality getting the job done.

Budget Friendly Stereo Speakers for Both New & Old Mac Users alike.

I purchased these for my Father’s MacBook Air and he absolutely loves everything about them.
It’s Ease of Use, and it’s Functionality with macOS despite it not being advertised on here.
As a Windows Migrant to Now Mac User from my personal experience they work flawlessly on a Mac.
The audio is great for what it is, and it’s USB powered making it to where you can repurpose old USB Cell Phone chargers into, PC/Mac Speaker Power Adapters in order to power it up. Without sacrificing your USB ports on your machines.
Only downsides are you can’t control the lights, and that the cables are a little weird and do take some getting used to.
Yet either way I highly recommend purchasing these Stereo Speakers for MacBook users, iMac users, Mac Studio users and Mac Mini users alike, who are looking for an Audio Upgrade while being budget conscious and all without sacrificing your desk space simultaneously.

A Great Pair of Small PC Speakers

These are great little pc speakers. They hookup easily, give off great sound, have an in line cord volume control and look great on the computer desk. The only thing missing is an on/off switch so you have to detach the usb to turn off the power, if desired, when the PC is on. My usb port is on the front of my desk top so it's easy.
