The body is crafted from Korina wood, prized for its consistency and rich tonality. Reverend has optimized their proprietary custom pickups for each position, ensuring balanced volume and tone when switching between them.
The Reverend Triad bass features a thin finish that allows the body to vibrate more freely, resulting in a more resonant and lively tone. The finish is also UV cured, ensuring it's dry from the get-go. The bass also uses a pure tone jack with dual contacts for improved grip, audio signal, and reliability.
The neck is roasted maple, a lighter and more stable wood that has a beautiful caramel color and requires less seasonal adjustment. The five-piece construction gives the neck a vintage look while greatly enhancing its stability.
The Triad's high mass bridge features string-thru construction, heavy-duty saddles, and a massive base plate that enhances clarity and attack while producing bell-like sustain. The Hipshot Ultralight tuners have an aircraft-grade aluminum housing, making them extra-light and resulting in a more balanced bass that's comfortable to play.
