Joan farms all his vines organically, the only intervention in vineyard is the use of pheromones to repel pests, a little copper and sulphur if and when needed and sometimes the use of sodium bicarbonate to prevent powdery mildew.
This is 100% Moscat from old bush vines. Brisat is the old Catalan word for an orange wine. Fermented and macerated on skins in amphora for six weeks before being passed to old oak barrels and foudre for six months.
