The sister wine to this one, Salicornio Moscatel, is a cult favourite at HB&B. This is similar but different, though it has that same distinct Salicornio salinity. Organically and biodynamically farmed Malvasia grapes spend five days on skins before being wild fermented in concrete vats. In addition to the salinity from the Meditterrean soils, this is balanced by griy tannins, lovely stone fruit flavours and crisp acidity.
